Good Times With Paul Harvey

Wow at 90 years old Paul Harvey died today. I remember being a young kid driving around with my dad from job site to job site listening to Harvey. We would always intently listen to “the rest of the story” trying to guess who he was talking about. And when he signed off with his “good day” we would do our best to imitate him and his very long and drawn out “gooood day”. Most of the time I was fairly surprised when he revealed who he was actually talking about. In a slightly subconscious way Paul Harvey is one of the stronger contributing factors that made me desire to go into radio. I had a lot of good times listening to Paul Harvey and he will be missed.
